Full Color Printing
Production Time: 2-4 working days, production time starts after receipt of artwork approval, purchase order & payment. Note: All Orders Received after Noon (12 pm EST) enter schedule on next day!
Cut-Off Times: Standard Turnaround (2-4 working days)-12: 00 pm, *Same Day Turnaround-9: 00 am, Next Business Day Turnaround-9: 00 am. Our turnaround times refer solely to production. Once production is complete it may take up to one business day for orders to ship or be available for pick-up. Free delivery orders will be delivered on the next scheduled day (excluding the day of production). It is our goal to release all jobs as soon as completion of production allows. The last day of your turn-around is not a guaranteed “in hands” date.
Artwork: Customer will provide camera-ready artwork, otherwise additional charges will apply.
Payments: All Payment must be finalized before entering production schedule.
Rush Charge: A rush charge will apply to all orders required to be completed less than working 2 days.
Shipping: Shipping charges pending, unless otherwise specified. Sales Tax will be charge if applicable.
Canceled Orders: Order canceled during production will be charged at 15% over the order, plus any charges incurred to date of cancellation.
Mechanical Art Charge: $60 per hour billed in 15-minute increments minimum this is to correct or recreate improper art provided by clients.
*Same Day Turnaround option is only available on limited products and for quantities up to 500

Screen Printing & Embroidery
Production Time: 7-10 working days, production time starts after receipt of artwork approval, purchase order & payment. Transit time is not included in production time, will be additional & depends on freight service requested

Set-Up New Jobs: $25.00 per color, per design & per location. (*Screen Printing)
Set-Up New Jobs: $45.00 per color, per design & per location. (*Embroidery)
Underbase/Flash: When printing on colored garments add extra set up per design, per location. (*Screen Printing Only)
Set-Up Reorder Jobs: $10.00 per color, per design & per location. ( A job is considered a reorder only if no edits are required on original set-up. ) (*Screen Printing Only)

Spoilage: An allowance of 4% spoilage will be considered acceptable on all custom printed orders. We will credit your account for any spoilage in excess of 4%. We print in bulk and can’t inspect merchandise one by one before decorating. We are not responsible for damaged merchandise from the mill.
